Please let
us know if you're experiencing problems with a GlobalCAD
product, by filling out and submitting the following Bug
Report Form. However, if what you want to tell us is more
of a suggestion or wish-list recommendation, then please
complete our Suggestion Form.
When you submit your Bug Report,
it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.
After an initial assessment by GlobalCAD Support, the
report will be assigned to an appropriate Support Team
Member. Periodically, we will post notices regarding
bugs reported by our customers at the base of this page
together with tips or workarounds under FAQs.
Please be as specific as possible
when describing the problem.
